This Is My Father’s World

ABOUT THE HYMN:

Psalm 24:1 proclaims that “The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains.” This hymn reminds us of that beautiful truth. But it goes on to assure us that when the time is right, our Sovereign Lord will reassert His full rulership over all creation. The evil and death that surround us now will be gone forever. All reality will be fully and forever our Father’s world.
