When I Survey the Wondrous Cross

ABOUT THE HYMN:

Pride sneaks so subtly into our thoughts and attitudes. But when we see how the Son of God suffered for our sins, we see our pride as shameful. It is replaced by gratitude and a wholehearted consecration to the One who gave Himself for us.
